The Chamber has a federal type of constitution with both direct and indirect members. Ever since itsformation membership has been continuously increasing. The business of the Chamber is managed by a management committee duly elected every three years by the members. The office bearers including President, Hony. Secy. General and the Treasurers are elected by the managing committee. All the Chamber Presidents (Past as well as Present) have been of national fame and have at some point of time adored the presidentship of several national level bodies. The Hony. Secy. General  Dr. K.L.Jain has been duly elected on this post continuously since the year 1968 and Mr. Mahaendra singh daga has been elected for the post of the president in year 2003.
