RCCI's Key developmental activities (April - May 2009)

I. Programmes / Activities of Chamber in association with other organizations during the month
of March 2009.

The following programmes were held in the Chamber Bhawan.

A. Internal Meetings of the Chamber

(a)	Governing Body meeting and AGM of Rajasthan State Productivity Council at RCCI.
(b)	Executive Committee Meeting of RCCI at RCCI

II. Participation of the Chamber in the meetings and other programmes held by the State Govt. or
the other agencies.

Govt Meetings:-

(a)	Meeting of the Empowered Committee constitutes to monitor flow of credit to the SME sector at Reserve Bank of India.
(b)	Meeting of the Public Grievance Committee and Permanent Trade Facilitation Committee of Customs (Prev.) at Customs Commissionerate.
(c)	3^rd Facilitation Committee meeting of Micro, small & medium Enterprises at Udyog Bhawan.
(d)	Meeting of the Regional Advisory Committee / Public Grievance Committee of Jaipur-I at Central Excise Commissionerate.
(e)	5^th Meeting of sub Committee (SLBC) on Export Promotion at Rajputana Sheraton.

B. Other Meetings:-

(a)	Valedictory function of Assocham Sponsered 2^nd course for S.C/S.T & Minority Student conducted by PMSC Society at RCCI.
(b)	A function organized by Jain Vaish Organisation at RCCI.
(c)	Meeting of Jaipur Management Association at RCCI.
(d)	Brij Bhasha Sammelan at RCCI.
(e)	Holi Milan Samaroh & Mushaiara organized by Kafila Pariwar at RCCI.
(f)	Interacting meeting with the representative or Leader Communications MSW-Australia at RCCI.
(g)	Meeting of Sr. Citizen’s Council at RCCI.
(h)	ECGM Meeting of Exporters/Bankers at Hotel Maharani Palace.
(i)	Convocation of Rajasthan University (Chief Guest, President of India) at University of Rajasthan.
(j)	Shradhanjali Sabha of Brahma Kumari Nirmala Didi at Geeta Bhawan, Adarsh Nagar.
(k)	Maha Moorkh Sammelan at Chaugan Stadium.
(l)	Rotary meeting at India International School.
(m)	State Level Bankers Committee Meeting second special monthly meeting organized by Bank of Baroda.
(n)	Welcome & Orientation Programme organized by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Ltd. At Birla Auditorium.
(0)	Seminar on Competition Law and Policy at Hotel Om Tower.
(p)	Governing Body Meeting of IITTM at Rambagh Palace.
(q)	Opening of 39^th Branch of Indian institute of Material Management at Hotel Indiana Pride, Tonk Road.
(r)	Inauguration of Utkarsh-2009- an Inter-B-School Fest, organized by R.A. Podar Institute of Management in its premises.
